Paul Buentello will take on Stefan Struve in UFC 107 at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee. Buentello comes into the fight with a 27-10 record, while Struve has won 18 of 21 fights. Struve is taking over in this fight when Todd Duffee came down with an injury. Buentello’s last fight was a brutal win over Kiril Sidelnikov, in which some claim he was using Sidelinkov’s face “as a human punching bag”. Buentello is 35 years old and originally from Texas. He is known as the “headhunter”. Buentello stands 6′2 and weighs 245 pounds. Struve is one of the youngest fighters in all of UFC, at 20 years old. Struve is 18-3 overall, with 3 knockouts. Known as the “skyscraper”, Struve stands at 6′11, weighing 243 pounds. Struve’s latest win was at UFC 104 where he blasted Chase Gormley, for his first loss. In Struve’s UFC debut, he did not fare as well, as he was TKO’d by Junior Dos Santos.
